Payment by credit card guarantees a simple and secure payment method. The amount will be charged to the credit card immediately after placing your order.
We have payment by card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) and Bizum. The process is totally unrelated to Puntto, and takes place in a secure environment managed by the Unicaja banking agency, the data referring to your credit card is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial entity, which is the that carries out this procedure and the one that accepts or rejects the payment. So the only ones who know the card details are the customer, their bank and Unicaja. Puntto does not have access to said data and only receives payment confirmation from the latter.
Bizum is a money transfer system between individuals or to make payments for your online purchases. It is an alternative to bank transfers. First you need the online banking credentials to be able to access your bank's app, and then a PIN to validate each operation, which is also verified by means of an SMS sent to the associated phone number.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?
No, there is no minimum or maximum purchase for any form of payment. The only limitation is the one that each individual user has on their credit card.

Citypaq is the new CORREOS service that facilitates the delivery and collection of packages. They are automated terminals installed in neighborhood communities to receive packages at any time, even if you are not at home. They already have a total of 4,278 CityPaq parcel mailboxes distributed throughout the national territory.
This shipping method has a surcharge of €3.50 per operation.
Orders received with confirmed payment, before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (not holidays), with merchandise in stock, will leave our warehouse that same day. After this time, the shipment will be made the next day.
Delivery in 48/72 hours to Spain (peninsula).
The provision of services will be carried out on working days and from Monday to Friday. In the temporary computation of the contracted service, holidays will be excluded. If you are not satisfied with the purchase at Puntto, you can make the return within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days, counted from the receipt of the product. We will refund your money, as long as the product is unused. Otherwise, you are responsible for the depreciation.
What to do if the item has been damaged in transit?

All items must be returned unworn and with the garment tag attached. Puntto reserves the right not to accept the exchange if, once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions.
Otherwise, you are responsible for depreciation.
