- What forms of payment can I use?
You can pay by credit card and Bizum.
- Can I pay with cash on delivery?
No, we currently do not provide this service.
- What type of shipment do you have?
We can send your order to your home, you can pick it up at the store or use the CityPaq service.
- How much are the shipping costs? Are there free orders?
Shipping costs are €4.50 to mainland Spain and CityPaq €3.50
Shipping and CityPaq charges over €70 are free.
- How I can return an order?
It is necessary to contact us previously to accept the return to the mail modapunttodevoluciones@gmail.com. Postage for changes and returns are borne by the customer. You must send us the product to the address: Puntto, calle Lucena, 34 Bajo, 29200, Antequera, Málaga.
- How much time do I have to exchange an item?
You can make the return within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days, counted from the receipt of the product.
- Can I have my money back?
We will refund the money, as long as the product is unused and with the garment tag on. Puntto reserves the right not to accept the exchange if, once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions.
